All you have to do is send us an email the issue you need taken care of, address and tenant contact information; we take care of the rest.
We will contact the tenant, schedule a time that works for them, we will then go out and take care of the repairs or send an estimate to you for the repairs if you choose. If the repairs are approved we will schedule it with the tenant. We will invoice through email; you can pay online or send us payment.
